Today after school, a student's parents invited 
all of the teachers over to their house and then out for dinner.
It was an experience full of love, laughter, and new friendship.
Sam, the student, gifted me a bit of his calligraphy.
I have no idea what it says.
I think it's beautiful none-the-less.

Super nice restaurant.
We had a room all to ourselves.
Good company...lot's of new foods. 

Squeamish look away...probably too late for that.
If I had to pick one of the dishes that was the most
unique, this would be the one.
So many things kept getting pulled out
and eaten by everyone...including me.
3 of the ingredients that will give you a "taste" of the dish:
spicy duck's blood, cow's throat, and fake kidney sausage.
I stayed away from the blood and went with the throat.
